Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed on this website with Vorex Screens Ltd, company number 13189931. They are written for trade buyers: panel builders, installers and integrators.

Placing an order

When you place an order on the website you are asking us to supply the screens in your basket. It becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We aim to do that within one working day.

Price

The website does not show prices. Your trade price is confirmed with your order, in our email. VAT is added where it applies. Nothing is charged online.

Stock, delivery and made-to-order screens

We confirm stock and a delivery date in the same email. Windows 10 versions are made to order, so we give you the lead time when we confirm. We deliver to the address you give at checkout.

Specifications

We describe each screen from Vorex’s datasheets and manuals. Where a figure is marked “to confirm” on the website, check it with us before you cut a panel or order a quantity.

Warranty and returns

Every screen has a 12 month warranty, and returns for credit have conditions. Both are on the returns and warranty page and form part of these terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order before we confirm it by emailing sales@vorexscreens.co.uk. After we confirm, ask us and we will tell you what is possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
