What we collect

• When you send us a message: your name, company, email, phone, the controllers you use, how many screens you need, and what you write.
• When you place an order: the same contact details, your delivery address, your PO number and any notes.
• When you ask for portal access: your name, company, email, phone and why you want it.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not collect anything about you just for visiting.

Why we use it

To answer you, to confirm and deliver orders, to decide who gets portal access, and to meet our legal and accounting duties. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who sees it

The people at Vorex who deal with enquiries and orders, and the carriers and service providers we need to deliver an order or run this site.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer you, to support a screen you bought, and to meet our legal and accounting duties. Then we delete it.

Your rights
