What it does store

Your basket. Kept in your browser’s local storage so the screens you added are still there when you return. It never leaves your device until you place an order.
Your last order. Kept in session storage so the confirmation page can show it. It is cleared when you close the tab.
A visit marker. Also in session storage, so the logo animation plays once per visit.

You can clear all of these in your browser settings. Because none of them tracks you, there is no cookie banner to accept.
